How we work

Find the gap. Clarify the evidence. Change what matters.

SJK Labs helps founders and leadership teams identify where commercial value is being lost because the organisation is misunderstood, then decide what must change across strategy, narrative, proof and public evidence.

The methodology

Narrative Architecture is the organising method behind the work.

It examines what an organisation intends to be, what it says, what it does, what customers and employees experience, what independent evidence can verify and what humans and AI systems ultimately retrieve and understand.

The process

Three steps, in the right order.

Step 1

Diagnose the decision context

Start with the commercial decision that matters most, whether that is customer choice, recruitment, investment, partnerships, reputation or market expansion.

Step 2

Map the evidence chain

Assess organisational reality, stakeholder experience, public evidence and the way those signals are retrieved and interpreted by humans and AI systems.

Step 3

Prioritise what must change

Advise leadership on the changes most likely to improve clarity, credibility and commercial understanding across functions.

Ways to work together

The route depends on the problem in front of you.

Next step

Start with the consequence, not the channel.

If the organisation is losing trust, demand or opportunity because the market cannot clearly understand it, the next step is a focused conversation about where that loss begins and what needs to change first.
